If you came here for the mathematics rather than the decisions, the primer covers the same ground from the other side, built up in order and with the ideas made handleable.

Entries are data at the top of this file’s script, so more can be added without touching anything else. Where a claim is marked as measured, the measurement was run in the browser against the shipped code rather than worked out on paper — several of the entries below exist because paper and code disagreed.
